Delayed or Lost Packages

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
